Crystal Creek Farm is a reputable breeder of ADGA Nigerian Dwarf Goats and we strive to sell and breed the best of our breed. We always look to pair goats together that will better the Nigerian Dwarf breed and produce well rounded stunning offspring. Please ensure you have reviewed our sales policy in it's entirety before purchase. Once you have placed a deposit on a kid or purchased a kid, you agree to our sales policy and all terms and conditions stated on this page.

DEPOSITS

Crystal Creek Farm requires a $100 deposit to hold a kid until weaning. This deposit will be non-refundable if the buyer decides to back out or does not adhere to our sale policies.

Upon receiving the $100 deposit, the goat kid is officially yours and will be listed as sold to your initials on our website. I will stay in contact as the kid grows and would be more than willing to send photos and videos as they grow.

The only time a deposit will be refundable is if the kid has a defect that was not originally stated at time of deposit or they have passed away before pickup.

Deposits cannot be switched from one kid to another.

PAYMENT

The deposit to hold the kid will come out of the total cost of the kid. At pickup the remaining amount will be due. The remaining amount has to be paid in "guaranteed funds". This includes ONLY cash. At pickup if you do not have cash, we will allow you time at that moment to go to the closest ATM to withdraw cash. We do not allow any other payment method as it is not guaranteed funds.

PICKUP

Crystal Creek Farm does not sell kids on a bottle, unless we have an urgent need and a doe has passed or a kid needs to be pulled. This means that our kids go home at 8 weeks old. We will reach out to you when they are 6 weeks old and give you a set pickup date. If you are getting several kids, they will go home as a group once the youngest in the group turns 8 weeks old.  These will mainly be on the weekends as we cannot normally meet on weekdays.

We will tell you the date that your kid(s) can be picked up and we will give you a free one week wiggle room from the date we tell you. If your kid(s) is not picked up within 7 days of the stated pickup date, we will have to start charging a boarding fee for cost of care.

Our boarding fee is $7.00 a day per kid past the stated pickup day.

We always try our best to work with clients, so please reach out to us in advance if there is a time when you can or cannot pickup and we will try to accommodate that!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once the kid leaves our farm, that sale is final. No refunds will be given if you need to return the goat to us for any reason. If something comes up that makes you unable to care for your Crystal Creek Farm goat, you may contact us and we would be more than willing to take them in and regain ownership and care of them if you are unable.

When the kid leaves our farm, they are healthy and will be up to date on all vaccines that can be given at their age. It is your responsibility to take care of all health needs once the kid is picked up. We are always willing to answer any questions you may have, but it is your responsibility to educate yourself on the care and upkeep of your kids.

REGISTRATION and DNA

Crystal Creek Farm has a registered herd with the ADGA only. Kids will come with their registration forms, unless they are a wether, or have been sold without papers.

We will fill out our section of the kids registration paper, it is your responsibility to fill out the buyer area of the registration form and send in the form and funds to ADGA to get the kid registered. Your kid is not registered until you get the blue ADGA registration from ADGA.

If you purchased a buck, you will have to send in DNA in order to register any future offspring.

You will need to get their blue certificate from ADGA then go online to apply for DNA testing. They will email you papers with instructions on how to get DNA on file. This process is very easy and normally takes roughly 4-6 weeks. If you have any questions, please contact us!

SHIPPING

Crystal Creek Farm does not offer transportation for kids. We will meet you in Neosho, MO. If you are unable to pickup your goat from our location, then we will work with a transporter of your choosing to get your goat to you. Crystal Creek Farm will not pay any transport fees, that is the buyers responsibility.
